why am i losing weight so slow

The side effects of diets and dieting solutions aren't just about weight loss. If you're lucky, you find the right diet and you work hard then you will see this of course. But you may also suffer from a series of side effects. Some diets just make you plain hungry. Some make you eat an unnatural amount of a certain type of food which can make you feel below par and ill and some can actually affect your overall health.

One of the easiest ways to diet, according to popular opinion, is to take a miracle diet pill. We're all, let's face it, searching for a miracle fat cure. The thought that we could actually take a pill to kill our fat in the way we take one to kill a headache is just too tempting (but wouldn't it be great!). And, it's just got to be easier than actually having to work at losing weight at the end of the day, right?

Wrong. Diet pills are not a miracle cure. Sure, some of them can help you lose weight... either with or without a diet to back them up. But, like an aspirin, they'll only last for so long. Like your headache, if you don't deal with the underlying issues, your fat can come back and you have to keep taking the pills to keep it at bay. Fact is, this might not be the best thing to do from your body's point of view.

What we don't realize is that most diet pills are not meant to be taken for extended periods. But, once you stop taking them then like any diet that you don't keep on with, they will fail. The temptation here may be to carry on for as long as you can. But, what might the pills be doing to your body? Fact 1, nobody really knows. Fact 2, the manufacturer's recommendation is usually to take them for a limited time period.

So, instead of getting an easy solution here you could actually harm your health. Hardly what you were aiming for originally now is it? The better answer is to think things through and to take a sensible solution. We all know that eating a healthy diet and taking plenty of exercise works, right? But, we all know that this is maybe the hardest way to lose weight.

Remember, keep things simple and you'll achieve your diets and dieting goals. Why not try a healthy solution that you can cope with on a day to day basis, that hits all the targets you need and that isn't actually that much hard work? Now that would be a goer!
